Lauren Holland brings a wealth of experience in early childhood education, making her a passionate advocate for early elementary students. A graduate of Texas Christian University, she earned her Early Education degree in just three years while also cheering for the university. After college, Lauren coached competitive cheer and dance for two years before transitioning to teaching.
She began her teaching career as a fourth-grade math and science teacher in HEB ISD, then moved to Keller ISD, where she taught second grade. There, she quickly became the lead teacher, contributing to her campus’s Continuous Improvement initiatives and training first and second-grade teachers in guided reading. After nine years in Keller, Lauren relocated to Graham, where she initially served as a 4th and 5th grade special education inclusion teacher, earning the title of Teacher of the Year in 2020. She now serves as the Elementary Education Curriculum Coordinator, dedicated to collaborating with teachers to support all students’ needs.
Outside of her professional life, Lauren has been married to her husband, Chris, for 18 years. They have two children: a freshman at GHS and a first grader at Crestview Elementary. Lauren's passion for education shines through in everything she does.
